Creating & Managing Your MassageBook Account

Often times clients message me asking for the specific dates of past appointments as well as their upcoming appointments. Although I love helping clients with this, I know that many clients would prefer it if they could just do it themselves.

This article will briefly go over how you can log into your MassageBook account, access all past and future appointments, as well as book appointments directly from a purchased package.

  1. If you’re on my website, www.rachaelsummers.com, click on the Services tab at the top. From there, scroll down until you see “Special Offers” with a blue icon to the left, and click on that.

  2. A yellow bar will come up that says, “Booking a service you previously paid for? Log into your account.” Click on the blue, “Log in” button.

  3. That will take you to the MassageBook website, which, if you’ve already created an account through, you can just input your log-in information and go from there. If you haven’t created an account yet, click on the “Create an Account” directly underneath the big “Sign In” words.

  4. To create an account, simply click on the "Massage Recipient" box, and then fill in any applicable information - your name, phone number, email address you want associated with the account (it should be the same as the one I have on file to match records and any packages purchased), and then create a password.

  5. Once you click submit, an email with an activation link will be sent to the email address you provided. Open that email and click on orange “Confirm Account” button.

From that screen, you’ll be able to see any upcoming appointments, past appointments, as well as any pre-paid services.

To book an appointment from a pre-paid package (or Series) from that screen:

  1. Any pre-paid services (or series) will automatically display at the top of the screen. Click on the bright green “Book” button, and then choose a date and time that fits with your schedule. Dates that have space for the length of the appointment will have a green circle around them.

  2. After you click on the date, times will populate. Choose the time that best fits with your schedule.

  3. Click “Next” at the bottom of the page.

  4. Add any notes that you would like me (or your service provider) to know about, and click “Next” at the bottom of the page.

  5. From there, read through the cancellation policy, check the box that says you agree with the cancellation policy, and then click “Next.”

  6. Your booking is now complete! You’ll receive an email confirmation and you can also click on the Google Calendar button to add it to your calendar.
